Dear Residents:
Ridgewater Pool Parking Policy
To maintain a safe and accessible environment for all residents and guests using the Ridgewater Pool, the following parking policy has been established. Please note that this parking location is private property, not a public space. All vehicles parked in violation of these rules are subject to towing at the owner’s expense.
Designated Parking Areas: Parking is only permitted in designated parking spaces. Please observe all parking signs and towing warnings with fees between $250-$1500.00, plus storage fees.
Resident Parking: Residents of Ridgewater are encouraged to use the designated parking spaces closest to the pool. All resident vehicles must display a valid Ridgewater parking permit.
Guest Parking: Guests using the pool are welcome to use designated visitor parking spaces. Residents should inform their guests about parking regulations to avoid any issues.
No Overnight Parking: Overnight parking in the pool area is not permitted. Vehicles parked in the area after 11:00 PM may be towed at the owner’s expense.
Reporting Violations: If you observe any parking violations, unauthorized vehicles, or suspicious activities, please report them to the HOA for appropriate action.
Safety First: Please drive slowly and watch for pedestrians in the parking areas. Ensure that your vehicle is parked safely and does not obstruct traffic flow.
By following these parking guidelines, we can ensure that the Ridgewater Pool remains accessible and enjoyable for all residents and their guests.
Thank you for your cooperation!
