Dear Residents:

Ridgewater Playground Rules

To ensure a safe and enjoyable environment for all children and families, the Ridgewater Homeowners Association (HOA) has established the following playground rules:

Supervision Required: Children must be supervised by an adult at all times while using the playground equipment.

Age Appropriateness: Play areas are designated for specific age groups. Please ensure that children use equipment suitable for their age to prevent accidents.

No Food or Drink: To maintain cleanliness and safety, eating and drinking are not permitted in the playground area.

No Rough Play: Activities such as pushing, shoving, or any form of roughhousing are not allowed to ensure the safety of all children.

Proper Attire: Children should wear appropriate clothing and footwear while playing. Open-toed shoes, flip-flops, or any footwear that may cause slipping are discouraged.

Clean Up After Use: Please help keep the playground clean by picking up after yourself and your children. Dispose of any trash in designated bins.

Report Damages: If you notice any damaged equipment or unsafe conditions, please report them to the HOA immediately at

Respect Others: Be courteous and respectful to other playground users. Share equipment and take turns to ensure everyone has a fun experience.

No Pets Allowed: For the safety and comfort of all users, pets are not permitted in the playground area.

Hours of Operation: The playground is open from dawn until dusk. Please respect these hours to maintain a peaceful environment for residents.

No Smoking, Drugs, or Alcohol: This is a smoke-free, drug-free, and alcohol-free zone.

No Profanity: Please refrain from using inappropriate language.
